What's a celebration without alcohol? Paradise Group is elevating mid-autumn celebrations to new heights with their newly created Fruity Liqueur Snow Skin Mooncakes! There are four flavours available – Japanese Yuzu with Sake, Passionfruit with Choya, White Peach Crème de Peche, and Red Cherry Griottine.
Their traditional mooncakes are made with less sugar and hence are a healthier alternative. Flavours include Baked Pure White Lotus Paste with Double Yolk, Baked White Lotus Paste with Assorted Nuts and more.
My personal favourite is the Traditional Teochew Yam Pastry Mooncake. Freshly prepared in the kitchen upon order, the silky and mildly sweet yam paste harmonises beautifully with the luscious salted egg yolk and pine nuts, resulting in a satisfying texture and well-rounded flavour.
The Mini Baked Custard with Molten Salted Egg Yolk is back by popular demand. The unique savoury and sweet combination that’s filled with oozy goodness has been a hit amongst locals since it was first launched in 2018.
