其實如果稍微調整 固定好其他部位
也能很有感受度
Overhead opener
適用於很多肩膀過頭運動
可以活動肩 肩胛 胸椎
搭配呼吸 感受度level up

Upper Body Warm Up🔥
-Shoulder mobility

Shoulder Circumduction is one of the most commonly used warm up exercise for "shoulder mobility." However I often see that people just randomly making circle with their shoulder. To make an easy modification, we can stand or half kneeling beside the wall, by fixing other parts of our body, it's actually a good way to control our shoulder range of motion.
Overhead opener is in my opinion a great mobility exercise for overhead movement athlete. It contains the motion of shoudler joints and the thoracic spine. With properly breathing, you will feel more stretch or expansion.

In often times people skip the warm up sessions before getting a workout. However, as a physical therapist, I can’t put more emphasis on getting a proper warm up.
There will be three chapters for this topic.
The first part is Thoracic spine mobility.
The mobility of thoracic spine affects the shoulder movement. With a controlled mobile thoracic spine, you would have greater range of motion in your shoulders. We hope to keep the T spine mobile in different directions: Flexion/ Extension and Rotationally.

This one of my favourite mobility moves. It is a great way to loosen up your lower back hips and get them open for your big lifts. Its also a fab active recovery move.

Recently i found some new ways to scorpion and i personlly love the scorpion flow.

Have a go at the original which is where you lay down like cross on the floor and get the opposite toe to reach for the opposite hand.

Then try the variations.
1. Original Scorpion

5. Scorpion for hips

My Favourite Upper Body Warm Ups and Activation | Linora Low
Here's a video to help you mobilise and stabilise your shoulder area, while activating the right muscles for your upper body day workout. some of the exercises are also great as rehabilitation and re-educating your scapulae. A lot of times, since we don't see our back muscles we may not know how to use them effectively.
The purpose for these warm up activation exercises:
1. Avoid injury
2. Mobilise your shoulder
3. Activate the right muscles to get the most out of your workout.
