香港著名私人健身顧問/創作人利國宏 (Ryan Lee) 用累積了19年的專業健身運動知識及對藝術創作的興趣，2009年將兩者結合創作了動大家一起運動的啞鈴頭Rumbbell 和「他」的一班朋友，到2015年創作脂肪細胞演變成的脂肪龍 FatDragon，及2016年創作每天都在發掘及研究自己喜歡的新事物的利尼 Makalele。
自 2002 年開始，為《Esquire君子雜誌》《Milk》等多本年輕潮流雜誌撰寫健身運動專欄，又遊走英國、美國、中國、日本、香港、台灣、韓國及泰國舉行各樣環繞運動話題的藝術及玩具展覽，透過自己與 Rumbbell 傳遞正確的健身運動方法及健康飲食習慣訊息，並成功改變一班怕做運動的朋友，令他們對運動產生興趣，重新接觸運動變成良好生活習慣，希望以不同媒介(健身書藉、專欄、畫、啞鈴型擺設、玩具、健身遊戲咭、衣服、家品等)，亦可以將相關知識教育給我們的下一代；而隨着近年健身運動流行起來，得到更廣泛的人群認識到 Rumbbell，從而了解 Rumbbell 背後推動全民運動的理念，Rumbbell 玩具放在家中作擺設外，更重要當你在家中見到他，就是 Rumbbell在提醒你，每天做運動的時間又到了。
參與多個國際著名卡通人物奇先生妙小姐 (Mr. Men Little Miss)、To-Fu OYAKO、加菲貓、海棉寶寶、日本經典卡通 Time Mechabution、 Star Wars 星球大戰、國際品牌 Nike、藝人及電影導演，一同推出聯名版本、合作展品。

Rumbbell (啞鈴頭) 頭部是由10個不同重量的啞鈴組成，方便隨時隨地做運動、展示及教授正確的運動及飲食知識。
FatDragon (脂肪龍)是由一個體內脂肪細胞開始，脂肪細胞不斷吸收了油分慢慢變大，當體積大到一個體內再不能容納，便由肚子內走出了這脂肪龍。
Makalele (利尼)每天都在發掘自己還未知道的事物，當找到自己喜歡的，便會花上很多的時間思考及研究，甚至背後的歷史故事，在這個過程換來很多不同的精湛技術及寶貴經驗，再與朋友分享。
