MRT and public transportation update

Like the many of you, I am very pleased with the operation of the Sg. Buloh Kajang (SBK) KVMRT Line. You see, I worked on the project as early as 2010, even before MRT Corp was established. I still remember the many people who protested against the project, the multiple naysayers, the haters, the porcupines, etc. Of course there were also many supporters. It is always satisfying to see a project that you worked on coming to fruition.

The Sg. Buloh Kajang KVMRT Line (Line 1) is only one public transportation project. There are many more in the pipeline.

The KVMRT Sg. Buloh - Serdang - Putrajaya (52 km, 36 stations) (Line 2) is now being constructed. It will be operational in 2022. It will be of great service to people in the Serdang - Putrajaya area and the city centre besides providing much needed interchange stations - with the SBK Line as well as the LRT and KTM Komuter.

The KVMRT Circle Line (Line 3) is at the planning stage. This line will provided the much needed inter-line connectivity and will be mostly underground. It is expected to be operational in 2027.

I understand the KVMRT will not stop at Line 3. Expect more lines.

The construction of the LRT3 from Bandar Utama to Kelang is expected to start this year. This line is about 36km long and will have 25 stations. It will serve Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Kelang. It is expected to be operational by 2021.

The KL - Singapore High Speed Rail will run at 300 km/hr, will have 7 stations and can take you from KL to SIngapore in 90 minutes. It is expected to be operational in 2026 (why so slow... because too much protocol. If it was entirely within Malaysia, it would be completed faster.

The East Coast Rail Link Phase 1 from Wakaf Bahru to Gombak will be about 600 km and will have 23 stations - catering for passengers and freight. This is a real game changer for the East Coast - serving many cities in Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang. Construction is expected this year and will be completed by 2024.

The East Coast Rail Link Phase 2 from Gombak to Port Klang is currently at the planning stage. It will go from Gombak to Serendah and thereon to Port Klang. It will play a major role in transporting freight efficiently and avoiding congestion at KL Sentral (at the moment, all freight from north or south must go through KL Sentral before going to Port Klang - causing substantial congestion at the central station). (keretapi pun ada traffik jam)

The KTM Komuter Line from Subang Jaya to Subang Airport (8 km) is nearing completion. This is provide a public transport alternative to Subang Airport which is being positioned as a regional aviation centre.

The KL – Kelang Bus Rapid Transit which is expected to roughly follow the Federal Highway is currently at the planning stage.

Some of the recently completed public transportation projects including the extension of the LRT Kelana Jaya and Ampang line, expansion and upgrading of the KTM Komuter lines and the Sunway Bus Rapid Transit. There may be other projects – you go and look for the info yourself.

The government, I believe, is also looking seriously into public transportation in other cities - particularly Johor Bahru, Georgetown, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu which are experiencing serious traffic congestion. The Penang State government is currently at the planning stages of the Bayan Lepas LRT. The Gemas to JB KTM double tracking project will start soon.

I like public transportation because, like education, it is a great social equaliser. It enables people from all walks of life to be more productive, compete more fairly and gives them better access to economic opportunities. Without effective public transportation, the poor often end up wasting a lot of their time waiting for the never-arriving buses, get stuck in horrendous congestion or waste a large part of their income paying for transportation.

With efficient public transportation, the poor, the middle class, the millionaire next door, you and I can all reach a destination in the same time. Good public transportation evens out part of the playing field. It vastly improves the quality of life of a large part of the population. Good public transportation allows people to spend more time with their families and friends instead of being stuck in traffic. Good public transportation allows people to be more productive.

Husband day pray dhuha, which one am I xmpu. Every morning he will pray for dhuha, he can't say the date of dhuha prayer is compulsory. Sbb us tk da boss. Our boss Allah. So got more presentation of Allah.

People used to laugh at us online, now alhamdulillah many friends and family want to do business too.

I used to live 80 % effort, 20 % tawakal. But actually = 80 % tawakal, 20 % effort. I used to be an important thing is effort, exam must stay up at night, got business. Kindergarten prayer sucks. What is my sister with prayer or not? - verse of an ignorant. Astagfirullah

- affection
- Finance

- worship

✅ IF YOU WANT TO GET INCOME Rm50, 000 a month must be charity 10 % in rm5000 that month only Allah will give you rm50, 000

✅ after prayers give al-Fatihah to parents.. call mom every day.. apologize to mom.. ask mom to accept what we do..

✅ Nak abundant sustenance.. Open the following tubes:
1. Zakat tube
2. Tubes of Alms
3. Tubes of Waqf
4. Infak Tubes

** go to the zakat office nearby.. ask them directly how to open this the **

✅ many people are looking to take care of their provisions with people but forget & do not take care of their relationship with the giver of sustenance (Allah swt)

The practice of inviting sustenance that is compulsory to do

1 ⃣ prayer early time
Men-10 to 20 minutes before the azan must have been at the mosque!

2 ⃣ Dhuha prayers
- spend time with Allah first before doing another job
- Read Surah Al-Waqiah after dhuha (we will not be poor forever)
- the number of rak usually makes 2 Rakat, just add to 4, 6 & 8.. According to the ability.. Every 2 Rakat must be given greetings..

✅ be a millionaire who gives out to others!

3 ⃣ Tahajjud
- Make 7 days in a row then get used to it.. do it consistently
- make a presentation with Allah at 1 per three nights.. the story of marketing plan on Allah continues! If it's a story to humans.. If people don't want us we will be disappointed! But present plan to Allah.. We will not feel disappointed.. Cry to God what we want.. What we dream of.. What we want to achieve in life! Let it be clear.. If you want to be a millionaire.. Pray to be a millionaire this year..
- asking for everything to Allah.. want to use Ferrari.. want to have a rm10juta in the bank account in 2 years.. want to send then dad goes for umrah this year.. want to buy a house.. Dream must be clear ! Ask all to Allah.. Ask for the big one directly because Allah is the most merciful, the most merciful!

✅ Learn to hold your chest.. accept every problem & test that Allah gives.. example there are people who owe us for years not paying.. accept all that.. Learn to accept.. because there is a participant that is a sibling He borrowed 98 thousand and hasn't paid for years.. and then he learned to accept it.. not even a week Allah replied back he managed to sell land worth of Rm340, 000 which was 10 years ago..

4 ⃣ Alms
- give alms with feelings.. For example,

Oh God, because I gave this I was able to become a millionaire (when I was about to give charity, this is the intention of being full of feelings)

✅ Make DAWN SAVINGS
- insert money every day after dawn.. put it in full of feelings & prayers to Allah.. enough for a month the money of the tube will be released & charity at the mosque @ the welfare house @ maahad tahfiz etc..

5 ⃣ Read Al-Quran
- the most lazy minimum of 1 lines with translation.. do it every day.. Make it a practice!
- If you are sad.. Read Quran.. If it hurts.. Read Quran..

6 ⃣ Istighfar everyday
- read the dhikr of ' ya wahhab ' only 100 times every day.. It's better every prayer 100 x.. then up 1000 x until you can make 100,000 dhikr..

7 ⃣ take care of ablution everyday
- train the body always has ablution.. If it's a fart problem.. do it according to the ability until the fart problem is gone.. hehe! An example in ablution and then going to meet a client.. will surely get caught.. Don't take ablution.. After meeting a client then take ablution because it's still in the training process.. Give yourself a break.. Don't change in Big..

✅ Train yourself when there's no time when you're rich!

Every time after praying.. Close your eyes.. then put your right hand on the left chest.. breath as usual.. feel the heart of our heart.. then imagine mom's face.. Sorry to mom if there's something wrong .. forgive mom if mom has something wrong.. ask mom to accept everything that we do.. and then make dad's face.. Do the same.. then make the wife's face.. Husband's face.. Children's face .. Forgive everyone..

Make it for 7 days! Subhanallah wait for the extraordinary change from Allah..

In this podcast, Metaphysician Nancy shared an interesting topic with us – how to read Western and Asian faces.

In general, there are three types of Western faces:
1. Inverted triangle - a person with a wide forehead and a sharp chin
- The thoughtful type. Does a lot of thinking (some useful and wise, some not). However, they normally fail when it comes to execution.
2. Square - a person with a wide forehead and wide cheekbones
- The action type. They are the action takers. Most athletes tend to have this type of face i.e. the famous golfer, Tiger Woods.
3. Round - a person with a fleshy face and a round chin
- A person who enjoys life. They are born optimistic and cheerful.

What about Asian faces then? Now, we come to the interesting part. Asian faces are read based on the five elements of metal, wood, water, fire and earth.
1. Wood Face - long and thin, slightly greenish in colour
- Not a favourable type of face. A person with this type of face generally won't have a prosperous and wealthy life. However, if he or she has a pair of vivacious eyes and a long nose, it will help in improving the situation.
2. Fire Face - a narrow forehead with a wide chin (like a triangle), slightly reddish in colour
- There are two obvious characteristics in a Fire Face: Yin Fire and Yang Fire. A Yin Fire person tends to have a thin face and flat forehead (often with fine lines on it). A bulging knot in the nose will make the whole Yin Fire Face unfavourable.
- On the other hand, a Yang Fire person generally has a round and fleshy face. Most of the Yang Fire people will achieve success in life, especially when their hairline starts to recede.
3. Earth Face – a fleshy face, slightly brownish in colour.
- This is one of the best face types (normally associated with wealth). People born with an Earth Face will become rich and wealthy in their lives.
4. Metal Face – square in shape, fair and radiant
- The action type. Loyal with emphasis on brotherhood.
5. Water Face – fleshy, dark and round in shape
- Great potential to become a millionaire, multimillionaire or billionaire.

- 阳火脸型则属于比较圆与饱满。拥有此种脸型的人一般上都非常有成就，尤其是发线开始往后退的时候。

3. 土形脸 – 略带啡色，脸有肉，厚实饱满，稍微驼背，胸部略为凸出。多为富人，是标准的富贵相。

4. 金形脸 – 呈方形，偏白。属于行动型，很讲义气。

5. 水形脸 – 有肉、黑、圆，有成为亿万富翁的潜质。
