Intel Meteor Lake 晶片曝光, 第14代處理器

Intel Meteor Lake 是屬於第14代處理器，預計在2023年發布，也會是 Intel 在消費及市場第一個 7nm（Intel 4）製程產品，加入了 EUV 光刻技術，並會使用 EMIB 和 Foveros 封裝。
雖然距離發布還有相當長的一段時間，但是 Intel 早前在5月的時候 CEO Pat Gelsinger 已經有分享有關 Meteor Lake 的消息，並宣布 7nm 的 Meteor Lake 的計算模塊已經完成“Tape in”的步驟。
最近國外媒體 CNET 參觀了 Intel 位於亞利桑那州的晶圓廠，並分享了 Meteor Lake 晶片照片，這是 Intel Fab 42 晶圓廠內用於測試的 Meteor Lake 晶片，屬於 Meteor Lake-M 移動版本，TDP 在 5~15W 之間。
之前 Intel 證實 Meteor Lake 將會採用 Tile 設計，會有三個模組，分別是計算模組、SOC-LP 模組（負責 I/O）和 GPU 模組，其 TDP 會在 5W 到 125W 之間。同時會採用新的效能核心，被稱為“Redwood Cove”的核心架構，以代替 Alder Lake 上使用的“Golden Cove”。另外圖形技術也會提高，內顯配置最低為 96EU，最高 192EU。

Intel Meteor Lake 桌面版與移動版本預計會在2023年第二季發布。
