霓虹熄了 世界漸冷清 （黃偉文《傾城》）
如果你六月身處倫敦，可以在月內到The Building Centre參觀我們首次海外展覽。我們拒絕「自high」地繼續消費香港不再復見的霓虹景色，在倫敦展出的香港招牌正正是清拆過程中拯救回來、直指出霓虹漸漸消失的現實。這次亦有幸能於建築同業平台上討論招牌消失的問題，希望在建築專業上能慢慢重塑一個能鼓勵招牌再次重生的環境
"It's a cold & empty world without neon"
In our 1st exhibition in London - instead of consuming the Hong-Kong-image that was full of neon but doesn't really exist anymore - rescued signboards from Hong Kong were restored with local-crafted neon tubes for this exhibition to raise awareness of the qualities that are disappearing in Hong Kong. It's also a very meaningful platform to discuss the issue within the architecture circle which could potentially re-shape an environment that could once again allow sustainable growth of signboards
