When I first wrote it and published it I was just being my usual intolerant self, jaded by seeing so many fitness adverts and influencers making absurd claims and preaching invalidated “science” 🤨

This time it went too far though. I’ve always hated lying (and I’ve never done it because my memory is so shit I’d inevitably forget what lie I’d told and fuck it up 😂) so when someone implied myself and my fellow professionals were liars for just doing our jobs, and was making claims about the efficiency of their protocols AT THE EXPENSE of ours... that pushed me over the edge ⛰

I have no issues with mindvalley - in fact, many of you will be aware about how much I feel mindfulness, meditation and breath work are important, neglected aspects of health and wellness 😌

But when I started a fitness company to represent the top coaches in Malaysia I was aware I was no longer able to just coach. When something crossed a line I was going to have to be the one to stand up and say it 🙋🏻♂️
