2.來店請配合量測體溫，額溫超過37.5度禁止進入若已預約將擇日進行
3.來店刺青、諮詢請一人獨自前往切勿攜伴陪同
4.如有發燒、感冒等身體不適症狀，請提前告知，將為您擇日進行刺青預約
5.近期將不接待一個月內由國外返台的客人（國外返台需屆滿一個月，並出示檢疫隔離期滿之證明文件）
6.敬請配合填寫疫調表（如有隱瞞，本店將求償歇業損失）
