上星期去咗試食呢間新餐廳，學下做foodie，刷新左我對澳門菜嘅印象，睇Menu見到有好多我哋熟悉嘅澳門土生菜/葡國菜，但係用一個好特別同埋fancy嘅煮法去做，變成左新式澳門菜，味道方面亦都非常唔錯，無論係去食飯或者飲嘢都推介比大家，可以有多個選擇，尤其喺下邊呢幾道菜係我私心推薦😍
非洲牛面頰（個汁勁正，牛肉亦都冧）
葡式咖喱蟹焗包（超方便，唔使自己拆蟹肉）
川式花椒蝸牛伴香焗牛骨髓（中西合璧，辣辣地啱晒我）
朱古力心太軟（身為朱古力控嘅我可以食兩個）

Super lovely to have tried some very lovely Macanese dishes from the Fat Tea Macanese Food at their recent media occasion. Nope, I didn't get to sample bacalhau but I'd be sure to find out if they have that when I return again soon. Being the only Macanese restaurant in Malaysia to be endorsed by the Macao Tourism Malaysia, it really is pretty amazing to have some authentic flavour of Macau so whenever you are feeling Macanese, you know where to go. I am loving the food at this particular sampling session but I am definitely going back for the Macanese Table menu.

西式的免治豬肉加上中式上抽老抽調味上色後干身惹味，配上烤脆薯和薯絲，口感多變有致。配上太陽蛋一隻，這簡單的配搭可以令我拌十碗飯也不誇張!
According to the BBC, Macanese cuisine is the first ever fusion cuisine happened in the map of the gastronomy world! The minchi from plays a vital role in the cuisine which combines the eastern and western cooking culture.
The western minched pork levels up by with the smoky and meaty favours. The fried potatoes offers a crunchy texture to the mix and there’s no better finishing touch with a sunny side up egg! I lost count in how many rice i ordered for this magical combination!
