It becomes very humid during spring. In addition to the wet weather, many ladies also face the problem of vagina itching, a symptom that is embarrassing to mention. You may wonder if it is due to weather, or perhaps not changing sanitary products in time or if you are suffering from urethritis or vaginitis. Due to women's natural body structure, urethra and vagina are very close to each other, The chance of private part infection is much higher than that of men, and they are prone to relapses. What is the difference between urethritis and vaginitis? Take a look at their different symptoms.
Symptoms of urethritis:
- Frequent urination with a small amount
- Feel as if you didn't completely urinate
- Urinary tract pain or burning sensation when urinating

Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 30 minutes. You can re-brew until its flavour weakens. For those with serious symptoms, drink consecutively for 2-3 days.
From Chinese medicine perspective, vaginitis is a category of "vaginal discharge". It is generally caused by asthenic weak spleen, kidney deficiency, or dampness. Weakness of the body's qi and dampness pathogen allow pathogenic bacteria such as candida affect the body. Dampness will also affect the function of the spleen and stomach. To prevent the onset of vaginitis, you can drink coix seed tea with fox nut and ginkgo nut to strengthen spleen and dispel dampness.
