✔️簡單減脂食譜🍝低脂雞肉奶香義大利麵

[食譜Recipe ]
三瓣蒜紅蔥頭切丁
五根蘆筍切段
好市多冷凍花椰菜數朵
義大利麵70g
160g 即食雞胸
卡宴辣椒粉2茶匙(不吃辣可不加)
香料鹽少許
黑胡椒粉少許
100ml 杏仁奶
作法
先用滾水將義大利麵煮約6-8分鐘(8分熟)撈起。
熱鍋下蒜末、與雞胸,接著下杏仁奶與調味料,煮滾。
下面條翻炒一下再放入蔬菜與起司片
翻炒3-5分鐘後即可起鍋。

How to Choose the Right Diet for Your Body Type | Joanna Soh
If you have been eating well and exercising regularly, yet you’re not getting the results you’re looking for, perhaps you are still unknowingly doing the wrong thing for your body type.
