終於啊!!我喚醒了我心裡那頭沈睡的野獸!
終於在6/6這一天,我分享我的飲食了!
由於疫情的關係,我在家滑手機滑著滑著發現,大家平常說自己怎樣怎樣不會煮飯,煮飯有多麻煩什麼的!
全部都是假的!!!!
這不關在家兩個禮拜,大家個個都變成小當家了嗎?限時動態都大家在說自己的菜煮得怎樣怎樣,冰箱長年來的冷凍食品輕得多乾淨怎樣怎樣,就只剩下我本人的廚藝還停滯不前...
今天煮這樣已經算很不錯了!平常我吃的東西我根本就不敢Po...😕😕😕
然而,在今天這個風雨交加的日子,我為我自己帶來的是我期待已久的牛肉炒飯!
為什麼說期待已久?
1. 因為外面的炒飯都太油我不敢吃☹️
2.因為疫情的關係,我已經兩個多禮拜買不到牛肉片了😩
昨天不知道為什麼晚上快打烊時,全聯還有牛肉片可以買!(我想一切都是緣分!📿
想飲食控制?
外面買的炒飯炒麵盡量不要拿來當正餐。🤭
因為外面的炒飯炒麵的油量是你無法想像的,你有時候覺得吃起來「不油欸!蠻清爽的!」我跟你說!你只是吃起來不油!但是真的很多油!!
自己炒飯為什麼OK?
因為我不放油,鹽巴醬油也是憑著良心在放!所有的熱量都在我的掌控之中!
這邊也提供我的食物份量給大家參考!
🍚糙米飯:1/2碗
🥩牛肉麵:1/2碗
🥚雞蛋:2顆
🥬蔬菜:大量

I can't believe that I fight through this 1 month workout challenge! ???♀️?
It is definitely tough one but I feel so satisfying when I see myself in the mirror!
Feel so proud of myself and I really love Coffee's workout so so much!
Coz it has include some stretching move in her workout so I won't get bulky easily. Highly recommend for asian girls! If you like lean body like me should try her workout!
Ps: Recently my students told me that my weighing-machine is malfunctioning. They told me that it should be less 2 kg. So, I ended up lost 7kg throughout this challenge!!!! Thankiew Coffee!!! ?

Wooo it's Week 3 !!!
I can't believe that it's week 3!!! I need to do 6 video of her workout in a day + complete the run. I can tell it's ain't easy, but I did it! and.. I lost 5kg in week 3! I can't believe that! ??❤️
