MCO Day 39: Made Yellow Curry Mee for lunch today. Used Kak Lizar's Yellow Curry paste. Bought via @grabmy > Pasar TTDI - Lizar Chilli #notapaidpost. With this ready to cook paste, it is life changing in the kitchen. So easy to prep & cook. As the paste is enough to make 5 portions, I added minced garlic (half clove), ginger (approx. 1.5 inch) & 1 red onion & additional 500ml water.
p/s: Go ahead and judge my choice of song for this video. Find it amusing Haha..
