“The Usual Nexus” (tạm dịch “Những kết nối quen thuộc”) là một tác phẩm sân khấu có tính thể nghiệm, bao gồm một chuỗi các sắp đặt vật dụng và âm thanh tương tác với người biểu diễn và khán phòng, lấy bối cảnh trong một phòng thí nghiệm hư cấu ở một tương lai không xa, nơi con người đang phục vụ chính tạo tác của mình – Trí tuệ Nhân tạo (AI). Sự phát triển của con người luôn gắn liền với khao khát khắc phục những thiếu sót của mình, như sự thiếu chính xác, thiếu tin cậy và lãng phí thời gian. Kết quả là chúng ta luôn hướng tới việc thay thế sự lao động chân tay và thậm chí cả lao động trí óc của con người bằng những cỗ máy. Các kịch bản khoa học viễn tưởng thường tô đậm sự xung đột giữa con người và máy móc, coi đó như một mối đe dọa. "The Usual Nexus" là một bước tiếp diễn bối cảnh đó, khi xã hội loài người nằm dưới sự kiểm soát của Trí tuệ Nhân tạo và tuân theo chúng một cách vô điều kiện.
Một cách giễu nhại, trình diễn “The Usual Nexus“ rõ ràng sử dụng toàn những công nghệ thấp, với một trí thông minh nhân tạo giả, được viết ra bởi chính nghệ sĩ. Tất cả âm thanh và hình ảnh được tạo ra trong thời gian thực và tại chỗ, bằng cách sử dụng một hệ thống tương tác bao gồm cảm biến ánh sáng, đèn và bóng tối, các động cơ nhỏ, máy tổng hợp âm thanh điện tử và tín hiệu analogue, mô-đun phát tín hiệu ngẫu nhiên, các vật dụng và máy dò đài FM trực tiếp.

‘The Usual Nexus’ is an experimental theater, consisting of objects and sound that forms an interactive installation for performers and audiences. The context of this lab is a fictional not-too-far-away future, where people are serving their own creative products - Artificial Intelligence (AI). Human development is always associated with the desire to overcome deficiencies, such as imprecision, fallibility and time-inefficiency, which is likely to result in the replacement of human labour by blue-and-white collar machines. Today’s science fiction scripts very often involve an active conflict between human and machine, who see each other as threat. ‘The Usual Nexus’ is a continuation of that scenario, when human society is under the control of AI and obeys them unconditionally. Ironically, the performance is a deliberate low-fi setup of a fake-intelligent commander.
All sounds and visuals are generated in real time using an interactive system consisting of light sensor, light and shadow, motors, modular synthesizer, random generators, objects, 2 performers and live radio.

之前預告的DJ ANGELO四台唱盤連打影片完整公開了。雖然沒有預告中的舌刷跟飛踢腳控轉盤，但仍舊幫數位唱盤DJ做了好的示範。說到手法，最兩旁基本上只LOOP的情況其實早在2010年開始Shiftee就已經用Traktor各種器材示範過這樣的雙唱盤再搭配多軌LOOP的玩法，所以簡單來說是換湯不換藥，推的是RELOOP跟SERATO的配置，擺起來當然是很炫，跟用一堆CDJ跟Pad玩特效都是視覺效果的數位技術當道。
話說回來，好好玩兩台或甚至一台唱盤就不容易了，所以把眼前這台唱盤用手工玩好比起一鍵科技還是來得有人性許多對吧。

The Outlander was first launched in North America in 2002, and this new model is the fourth generation to be sold.
Styling debuts the brand's next generation Dynamic Shield front face and design language, with muscular fenders, bold proportions and available large-diameter 20-inch wheels. Inside, Outlander is a quiet and serene space, showcasing quality and convenience through class-above materials, seating for seven in the segment's only standard-equipment third-row, available 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and 9-inch center screen, and also newly available wireless smartphone charging capability with Android Auto3 and wireless Apple CarPlay.4
The engineering underpinnings are also all-new. Partnered with a newly developed platform and 2.5L four-cylinder engine, Mitsubishi's rally-derived Super All-Wheel Control5 system provides unmatched confidence for drivers in all environments. The newly developed drive mode selector allows performance and grip to be tailored to the conditions through six distinct settings, increasing on-road and off-pavement performance. Even two-wheel drive models are fitted with the drive-mode selector, offering five distinct modes in this setup, to help drivers feel more confident in all driving conditions.
Standard equipment on the 2022 Outlander includes 11 airbags6, three rows of seats, myriad storage locations, USB-A and USB-C charge ports and 18-inch wheels.

1. Malaysia's Women and Family Development Ministry shared two campaign posters over its social media platforms suggesting a) working mothers don their office attire complete with heels, makeup and accessories while working from their home and b) To avoid conflict with their spouse, the ministry advised women to not nag and instead imitate the voice of Japanese cartoon character Doraemon, followed by a flirty giggle to convey the message to their spouse on the correct way to hang clothes.
2. Housing and Local Government Minister face critcism over a publicity stunt she pulled earlier this week and
3. A half naked picture of a young, unmarried politician sleeping on the same bed with a young lass beside him has made its rounds. I find out about this viralised story via a FB update from a friend who is an Diorama artist and photographer who explains in detail, why he knows the picture is a BAD photoshop job aka FAKE.
YES. All three trending topics highlighted today, relates to our Malaysian Politicians. HAHAHA.

Due to unforeseen event of Coronavirus precautionary measures, SONG of the EARTH 311 FUKUSHIMA2020, the music festival aiming for the Tohoku region's post-disaster reconstruction has been canceled.
In response, MINMI performed improvised live performance on Instagram LIVE from her home under the California sky at the exactly same time she would have been on the festival stage. With no stage setup or direction, only using her own keyboard and microphone, she starts off her no-audience live performance for fans on the other side of the smartphone screen.
"Pray for Tohoku!" "Against Coronavirus!" How much of these messages had reached her fans through cellphone screen? The California blue sky gradually turned pink, so did fan's comment section as she performed :Sakura." As if saying Japan will overcome this national hardship to welcome the springtime again...
