從2016不受追捧幾乎每次去都只有我一桌, 到現在有米其蓮推介一定要提前预约, 這𥚃始终是個人在台北最愛的割烹餐廳, 没有之一!!
没有高檔服務和裝煌, 没豐富酒單, 這裡重點是完全不花巧, 食物很實在!很好吃!
除了食物以外, 這𥚃的配菜和酱汁都是經過渡邊主廚精心調配, 每道都下足功夫!
招牌北海道目光魚入口即化,當季北海道秋刀魚釜飯把魚油, 魚肉和内藏容入飯𥚃,味道甘香無比!
很開心看到這𥚃越来越難訂位!
From the time it was not popular and I always find myself being the only customer in 2016 to become a Michelin guide recommended and sought after restaurant now, this has always been my most favourite Japanese place in Taipei!
Without high end decoration and service, nor extensive wine list and gimmicks, the restaurant just simply serve solid delicious dishes to perfection!
In addition to ingredients, all sauces and garnishing are skilfully prepared by head chef Watanabe San.
The signature Hokkaido Mehikari melts in mouth as usual. The highlight was the seasonal Sanma rice with the taste of fish meat, liver and fat all well absorbed by the rice and perfectly cooked.....simply sublime!!
It feels great to see this place is getting harder and harder to book!!

This is an insanely tasty & easy pork recipe that you can easily replicate at home. Japanese hoikoro was inspired by Chinese Cooked Twice Pork but instead of using Chinese sauces, common sauces used in Japanese cooking like miso paste and mirin are used instead.

青森のB級グルメ、黒石つゆ焼きそば。
普通の焼きそばではなく、黒石焼きそばを入れると更においしくなります♪
今回は麺つゆを使用しましたが、ラーメンスープでもおいしいですよ。
意外な組み合わせですが、これが案外おもしろい味がします(^∀^)
This is 'Kuroishi tsuyu yakisoba' of the Class B gourmet of Aomori.
Kuroisi is the place name.
Tsuyu is noodle soup.
Yakisoba is Noodle saute.
As for this dish, yakisoba in the soup.
It is each person, but thinks that it is the food such as snack noodles.
I made soup used for udon.
I used a concentrated thing.
However, even soup of the ramen is delicious.
I was able to very easily make this.
This dish is a soup containing noodles.
食材(約2人分)
【焼きそば】
焼きそば麺(2袋)
豚肉(100g)
キャベツ(200g)
人参(1/3)
玉ねぎ(1/2)
もやし(150g)
しめじ(60g)
塩(少々)
胡椒(少々)
【焼きそばソース】
中濃ソース(30ml)
オイスターソース(20ml)
醤油(15ml)
【つゆ】
水(600ml)
麺つゆ※濃縮タイプ(100ml)
