Malaysian tour guide Christina will be conducting the JB-Tampoi-Kulai food trail curated by Johor Kaki next Sunday on 12 Jan 2020. You are invited to join us. I will be a guest of Christina's tour.
We will go to some of my favourite Johor makan places and visit home bakers to pick up some delicious Chinese New Year goodies. (There will be NO STOPS at any malls.)
Departure Time (Singapore): Coach leaves 7am from Newton Hawker Centre car park.
Estimated time of return to Singapore: 7pm
Fees: TPAS members: $125 / Non-members: $140
ITINERARYBreakfast at local JB kopitiam at own cost. (RM10-15)Fees will cover:
- 2-way coach transfer from Newton Hawker Centre carpark
- Point to point transport in Johor
- Guide fees and tips
- Toddy drinking
- Lunch - bak kut teh and signature boiled fish
- Afternoon tea - authentic Hakka lei cha and choy ban
- Dinner - special brick kiln baked chicken, pork ribs etc
