這間新開幕的不限時咖啡廳「LaidbackCafe」，就位於新竹關新東路上，鄰近新莊火車站，店內主打花果香氣的手沖咖啡、義式咖啡、各式茶類飲品、輕食及各式千層蛋糕、甜點等等。Laid Back Cafe一樓以挑高為設計，裝潢以大量綠色植栽及白瓷磚搭配大理石桌，有一種高貴的享受，與二樓的木質工業風有截然不同的感受，另有提供會議包場服務、插座及免費Wi-Fi。

托托蜆是紐西蘭獨有的貝殼，肉質肥大而彈牙鮮甜，贊上白酒，鮮香撲鼻。🥰蜆肉口感挺身，吸收了惹味牛油汁，滋味細膩。

鴨胸以慢煮方式烹調，以較低溫長時間熟成，使肉質濕潤軟腍。油鴨脾內裡肉質粉嫰，連同少許油脂，肉味香濃，十分滋味。

So, my sisters and I just had our quick vacation in Bangkok! We booked last minute ticket 1 month prior the travelling date and decided to go Bangkok for food hunting & shopping purpose only for 3 days! We didn't go to any touristy / sightseeing places as we just want to relax and enjoy the trip walking around the city cafe hopping things like that.
