To wrap up another amazing season of KBS Fit & Active bersama KBSMalaysia, we are hosting a virtual 12-hour Zoom Dance Marathon fundraising event which is open to EVERYONE.
Join an amazing lineup of Malaysia’s best fitness dance instructors who will be dancing with you whilst raising funds for our foundation, Pertubuhan Pencegahan Obesiti Dewasa dan Kanak-kanak, which focuses on combating childhood obesity and inactivity among the Malaysia school communities.
12-Hour Dance Marathon Schedule
Our 12-hour dance starts at 9am on the 13th August 2021 and is accessible via Zoom Link for everyone.
9-10am – Zumba Fitness with @kathyabdulrahim

How to join our Zoom Dance Marathon?
It’s FREE to join without any payment or obligation. Hoe to join our 12-Hour KBS Fit and Active Dance Marathon?
1. You can join any session or all the sessions. Join at any time.
2. Use the following Zoom link to join any of the sessions

4. Once you are in, turn your camera on (don’t be shy) and dance.
5. Everyone will be automatically muted by deafult.
6. Everyone is welcome to join.
7. Each session is 45min long followed by 15min of rest.
