For the burgers lover, their hearty burger ($9.90) series
- Avocado burger with grilled salmon patty topped with a luxurious serving of avocado. My eldest favorite because she's a vegetable lover.

- Korean spicy burger, with grilled salmon patty and traditional gochujang.

- Curry burger, with thick turmeric sauce and spiciness perfect for those who loves curry. This is my hubby's favorite.

As for me, a seafood and sashimi lover, their Hearty Pokey in Bibimbab style ($10.90-$18.90) is my favorite!

With thick raw chunks of Norwegian salmon, quinoa served with kimchi, black fungus, onsen egg, edamame and garden fresh veggies. Healthy and guaranteed flavourful. Yummy!

Lastly, not forgetting the kids friendly meal, grilled cod fish with waffle fries, all baked and not fried!

"Meet in Gastown" is a very busy vegan restaurant, very popular with locals. If you have a hard time in choosing, you have to be careful, because there are so many things to choose from in the menu, they all seems really good!

Be sure to order their burger. The "Portobello Mushroom Burger" I ordered was thick, juicy, and served with French fries. The portion is HUGE! The "Zero Bowl" ordered by my friend, Korean style, various ingredients, you can choose brown rice or quinoa, make sure to stir it first, super delicious! We all have a big belly in the end, a very satisfying meal ~

Kentucky Fried Chicken is the world’s second largest restaurant chain after McDonald’s, with over 23000 outlets in more than 140 countries and territories around the world. Now recently, the number of KFC outlets has been declining in the US, but the company has actually continued to grow over in Asia. In fact, KFC’s largest market lies on this continent (we’ll get to that soon). KFC was founded on March 20th, 1930 in Kentucky, with its very first franchise opening in Utah in 1952. Just a year later it made its way to Canada; and in 1965 the first overseas franchise outside of North America opened in the UK. Now it’s from this point where KFC enters the Asian market (well before McDonald’s); and, in this video I’ll be taking you through the next 54 years of KFC's Asian ascension. So, which Asian country was the first to open a KFC? What did KFC have to sacrifice in order to compete with local markets? And how much of Asia is there still left to conquer, as of today? Today, i ate from Matsuya ( is a Japanese major restaurant chain serving gyudon - literally beef bowl, is a Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice topped with beef and onion simmered in a mildly sweet sauce flavored with dashi -), different various of meat bowl like Premium Beef Bowl, Brown Egg burger , Beef Set, and a lot more, all that is so high in calories , it was so delicious and tasty in really unique way !!
