1st long run in god knows how long. 21km kokol hill loop, if am consistent with my training, I would be able to finish this. But on this particular day, I lost control of my movement. Every step felt like a burden, called it quits at SK Poring Poring, I will be back another day, will build up my stamina again and come back stronger than ever 💪🏼

The reward behind this day was spotting crawlies, a beautiful hammerhead worm and to see a majestic view of the mountain. It was a wonderful day well spent with my running buddies ❤️❤️❤️
