🙋♀ 科技部與台大今天在台大舉行「假新聞導演資訊戰爭？聚焦社群媒體的全球視野」工作坊會議，英國牛津大學網際網路研究所主任霍華德（Philip Howard）進行專題演講。
他提到過去研究假新聞與假消息的平台多是臉書（Facebook）、推特（Twitter），但目前已經發現年輕人使用網路的趨勢從上述兩種平台，移動到YouTube、IG 與抖音（TikTok）上。
這些影音平台的特色是平常並不會談論太多政治，對於有心製造假新聞的組織，只會在選前投放相關的內容來進行影響。
霍華德提到，比起過去使用文字的假新聞與假消息可以使用軟體辨別或是相對容易挑，但使用影音製作的假新聞需要花更多人力進行查核，也需要熟知該種語言的人來進行協助。

🙋♀圖文分享社群網站 Instagram 執行長莫瑟里（Adam Mosseri）今天表示，隱藏貼文「讚數」的測試將在下週擴及到部分美國用戶，希望這項舉措能讓用戶更專注在貼文內容上。
根據推特產品業務負責人貝克波爾（Kayvon Beykpour），推特也試著隱藏讚數及轉推次數。
但推特發現，用戶看不見數字時，人們的參與程度會降低。貝克波爾今年稍早在推特舊金山總部的記者會表示：「當你移除參與指標後，民眾的參與度就會降低。」
評👉讚已經漸漸不再是品牌衡量行銷成功與否的主要標準，只是這個做法更加速了這個過程，從 Instagram 貼文連結線上下單，或者是否促使消費者前往實體店面購買等，都是比讚數更重要的指標 。是時候思考什麼是有意義的社交指標了。
