I am not usually a complainer but every single dish here was a let down... some Pork cuts even carried a stink from I think bad aging techniques (it smells like a fart!), except for the Kakigori. ¥4,500 Yen for full Lunch Tasting Course. Great Concept - but let down by execution and failing the taste test, surprised its so far off the mark coz it looked legit on the photos & concept 😔 ... @ 銀座かつかみ
