❤️ ĐỒ ĂN HÀN - NHẬT KIỂU FUSION - JAPANESE - KOREAN FUSION CUISINE 😳
Thực ra sau khi thấy chữ "fusion" thì bọn mình có hi vọng cái gì đó cao siêu hơn 1 tí 😅 Đến lúc đọc menu thì thấy đa phần là đồ chiên rán giòn vs cơm, nhìn hấp dẫn phết nhưng ng ta bảo "fusion" cơ mà 😶
Bọn mình gọi 1 Chiên tổng hợp (tôm, gà, lợn) 170k vs 1 Cơm cá hồi sashimi cùng tôm chiên 180k vs thêm 1 phần trứng trộn 15k (C đoán nó là trứng luộc trộn sốt gì đó ý) nữa.
Nhìn các phần ăn khá bắt mắt, đầy đặn (chòi oi gần 200k bát cơm, ko đầy chắc tui chớt quớt). Đồ chiên ở đây ngon, đậm đà, rán vừa chín tới ko bị khô, sốt đi kèm hợp, salad trộn cũng ngon nữa 😗 Phần trứng trộn gọi thêm ăn khá là thú vị, cái này nên thử nha mn. Kimchi vs đồ muối ăn kèm để giải ngấy cho đồ chiên rất là chuẩn. Phần cơm cá hồi của C lại quá bt, không có gì đặc sắc hết.
Bọn mình thấy đồ ăn ở đây hợp để làm bữa trưa, nhưng mà so vs giá chát xót cả lòng thế thì chưa đủ 😭 Thật sự... Vậy nên bạn nào muốn thử thì nên gọi phần tổng hợp ý, nhiều đồ, xin thêm 1 bát cơm free thì 2 người ăn no mà ko cháy ví.

Actually, after we had seen that "fusion" word, we did expect for something more special about this place 😅 All they had in the menu was just some fried stuffs with rice or noodles, looked nice but... you know... "fusion" 😶
Well, we're there already, so we got a mixed fried food plate (chicken, shrimp, pork) 170k, Salmon sashimi with rice plus a fried shrimp 180k and egg "salad" 15k (I guess it was boiled eggs and some sauce mixed together).
The portion was quite big and look delicious (well, it was almost 200k for a bowl of rice, it better looks good or else 🤨). The fried food in here was crunchy on the outside, juicy and soft on the inside, went pretty perfect with the sauces, nice salad too 😚 That egg "salad" was really interesting, you should try it out. Generous amount of panchan, we like the most the kimchi, spicy & sour, very refreshing after some bites of fried meat. The salmon rice bowl was normal, nothing special to notice.
For us, the food style in here fits for lunch more than dinner, buttttt with that expensive price, we want more than that. @ Nhà hàng Hô Hô - 호호식당

Monday 9/3/20 is the official opening of “WokTaste” at Lintas...they specialize in Japanese cuisine combine with Chinese style, and insist to use Japan premium rice, ramen and udon to serve with their signatures like fried ramen with prawn, fried udon with grilled chicken, egg fried rice with prawn and black fried rice with braised beef. Others chef recommendation including chicken curry rice bowl, okonomiyaki and gyoza chicken. All their sauces are in house recipe. Don’t forget to have a glass of their refreshing fruity soda drink after meal. 📣There is 30% discount for all food and drink during the official opening day.

For this episode, we went down to The Feather Blade at Tanjong Pagar to destroy a MASSIVE Feather Blade Steak Platter! The Feather Blade specialises in a single cut of steak, the flat iron. There are only 2 mains at The Feather Blade – 200g of grilled flat iron steak ($21++) and a Japanese-inspired Gyudon Bowl ($28++) with marinated flat iron steak.
My platter consisted of 5 steaks, 2 gyudon bowls, 5 foie gras, 5 scallops, 3 servings of potatoes, 2 bowls of spinach, 2 bowls of corn and 2 off-the-menu burgers. The owner, who also does food photography, masterfully arranged the food into a beautiful display.
Every piece of beef served was cooked beautifully to a medium rare, including the patties. The steak was mostly tender with a bit of bite to it while bursting with flavour. The gyudon steak was marinated in yakiniku sauce, making it slightly sweet and pairing wonderfully with the flavoured gyudon rice.
Each dish was elevated in some way, even the sides. The corn had smoked cream, the spinach was spiced and had cheese added and the potatoes were cooked in beef fat. The secret menu item, their beef burger, was made with beef trimmings and sauced with bearnaise. It was a delicious way to use up leftover parts of beef. They also offer sauces, including unique options like wasabi cream and uni butter, to go with your steak.
Protein-heavy challenges are usually a struggle for me but the food here was worth the effort. Places that specialise in certain cuisines/dishes usually catch my eye and the expertise here in the way they treat their flat iron cut (and their interesting sides and sauces) really shows. They also have a bar where you can pair your meal with refreshing alcoholic beverages. Do visit The Feather Blade for a mouth-watering steak feast!

เอาใจคนชอบรสชาติของโอโกโนมิยากิ โดยปรับให้อยู่ในรูปแบบของเครปบางแป้งกรอบ ความกลมกล่อมของแป้งมาจากชิโรดาชิ หรือน้ำสต๊อกดาชิเข้มข้น และสาหร่ายป่นที่มีชื่อว่า อาโอโนริ นอกจากส่วนประกอบของกะหล่ำปลีแล้ว สามารถเลือกใส่ไส้ได้แล้วแต่ความต้องการ สูตรนี้เอาใจเด็กๆ ด้วยไส้ปูอัดและข้าวโพดหวาน

ไข่ไก่ 1 ฟอง
น้ำตาลทราย 2 ช้อนชา
น้ำมันรำข้าว 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
นมข้นจืด 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ

ชีสมอซซาเรลลา (สำหรับเสิร์ฟ)
ข้าวโพดต้มสุก (สำหรับเสิร์ฟ)
มายองเนสญี่ปุ่น (สำหรับเสิร์ฟ)
ซอสทงคัตสึ (สำหรับเสิร์ฟ)
ปลาแห้งคัตสึโอบูชิ (สำหรับเสิร์ฟ)

1. เตรียมแป้งเครป โดยตีไข่ไก่ กับน้ำตาลทรายให้เข้ากัน ใส่น้ำมันรำข้าว นมข้นจืด น้ำสะอาด และชิโรดาชิ คนให้เข้ากัน ร่อนแป้งและเบกกิงโซดาลงไป คนต่อให้เข้ากัน สุดท้ายใส่สาหร่ายอาโอโนริลงไป คนให้กระจายดี
2. ตั้งกระทะเครปร้อนดี ตักแป้งเครปลงไป กรอกให้แป้งเคลือบกระทะดี หรือใช้ไม้ปาดเครปปาดให้เป็นแผ่นบางๆ ลดความร้อนให้เครปค่อยๆ สุกกรอบ พอผิวด้านบนแห้ง ทาเนยบางๆ ให้ทั่วดี
3. โรยชีสไปบางๆ บริเวณครึ่งแผ่นของเครป ตามด้วยกะหล่ำปลีซอย ปูอัด ชีส และข้าวโพด ราดด้วยซอสทงคัตสึ และมายองเนส พอแป้งเครปกรอบดี ก็พับแป้งส่วนที่ไม่มีไส้ขึ้นมาประกบ
4. จัดใส่จานเสิร์ฟ ราดด้วยมายองเนสและซอสทงคัตสึอีกครั้ง โรยด้วยปลาแห้งคัตสึโอบูชิ และสาหร่ายอาโอโนริอีกเล็กน้อย
Okonomi means “how you want it” hence there is an infinitely outcome of this dish. We transformed the batter into a crepe while retaining the signature cabbage base. The rest of the toppings are up to you.

Egg1
Sugar 2 tsp
Rice Bran Oil 1 tbsp
Evaporated Milk 3 tbsp
Water 5 tbsp
Shiro Dashi 3 tbsp
All-purpose Flour 100 g
Baking Soda ½ tsp
Aonori Seaweed 1 tsp
-Filling-
Butter (for crepe)
Cabbage (shredded) (for serving)
Crab Sticks for serving
Mozzarella Cheese for serving
Corn Kernels for serving
Japanese Mayonnaisefor serving
Tonkatsu Sauce for serving
Katsuobushi for serving
Aonori Seaweed for serving
1. For Crepe: Mix eggs and sugar before adding oil, evaporated milk, water and shiro dashi. Sift flour and baking soda into the mixture. Fold everything through before sprinkle aonori into the batter.
2. In the well-greased, heated pan; pour in batter, swirling and tilting pan to spread batter into a thin, even layer. Cook until the top looks dry before spreading some butter.
3. Add cheese to half of the crepe, followed by shredded cabbage, crab sticks, cheese and corn kernels. Squeeze some Japanese mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce. Once the crepe is cooked, fold crepe in half to cover the filling.
4. Lather with sauces, katsuobushi and aonori before serve.
