Elephants continue to be threatened in the wild by the trade for their ivory. While most ivory markets around the world have closed or are in the process of closing, Japan remains as the last major legal ivory market.

Elephants need the Japanese government and the local Tokyo government to join the international community and close their market. I support a new report from WildAid and the Japan Tiger & Elephant Fund, which shows that domestic ivory sales in Japan supply illegal exports of ivory to other countries.

The Market is a Shopping Mall near Central World and Pratunam Market.
There are many restaurants and fashion stores in the store.
There is another Japanese drug store, Don Don Donki.
This store handles products sold in Japan.
We also handle items that cannot be purchased at general super markets in Thailand.
Most of the prices are expensive. However, some products are worth paying for.
I buy Japanese sweets such as rice crackers (high price...)

Christmas is western so it's not traditionally celebrated in Japan. However it's celebrated in a non-religious way, and I think it's interesting to see how it's been adopted. Which is the ultimate noodle dish!?

In this episode of Food Battle we travelled around Macau to explore the delicious noodle dishes known as “Japanese Ramen” and “Chinese Noodles.

Starting in the morning markets of Macau we had a street food style Wok Fried Cantonese noodle dish. This street food eatery is a local hidden gem and is busy from the early hours of opening.

Not only did we taste the fried noodles but we also explored the deep culture and history of the Chinese noodle dish to find out it’s routes in China food. What we found was that Chinese noodles were linked to Japan Ramen in a very interesting way!

We then headed to Ramen Kouji to try the authentic Japanese Ramen dishes. We got a chance to try multiple different variations of Japanese noodles, including Original Ramen, Dip Noodle Ramen and Dried Ramen. All of which were incredibly delicious!
