🍏APPLE/DAIKON vegging up my dessert for balanced meal💚•
🇯🇵Japanese apple cooked in sake syrup🍶, served as jam, sorbet and crumble. Garnished with delicate daikon ribbon and finally drizzled with daikon-infused apple liquor.
This delicious dessert can’t better prove apples are better eaten than used as a first name💁🏻‍♀️.

We have been living in to our new home in Singapore for a month and we finally got to invite our family. We decided to cook some Japanese party food that goes along with Umeshu (traditional Japanese plum liquor). But there is one problem - my in laws are big foodies. Will we be able to please them?

醤油 大さじ1
テンメンジャン 大さじ1
酒 大さじ1
砂糖 小さじ2ぐらい
豆板醤 小さじ1/2ぐらい
片栗粉 小さじ1ぐらい


■ingredients■
pork
cabbage
green pepper
salt
Grated garlic

▼seasoning
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon miso(TENMENJAN)
1 tablespoon sake(Liquor)
About 2 teaspoons of sugar
About 1/2 tsp (TOBANJAN)
About 1 Starch

胆のうの摘出手術をしたもんですから。
今シーズンの城崎温泉カニの旅は春になってからです。

毎年恒例の城崎温泉の足軽旅館。
ここでいつものカニ三昧をいただきました。

焼きガニ、茹でガニ、カニの刺身、てんぷら、甲羅酒。
そして締めはカニ雑炊。

今シーズンも来られてよかったねぇ。

Last year I had an operation to remove the gallbladder.
So this season I traveled to eat crab at Kinosaki Onsen in the spring.

I came to the Ashigaru Ryokan of Kinosaki Onsen again this year.
I have a crab dinner here as always.

Baked crab, boiled crab, crab sashimi, crab tempura, crab shell liquor.
And we ate crab risotto at the end.

I'm very happy because it's also possible to come here this season.
