For the past few weeks of Ramadhan this is my go to sahur as can tahan lapar! This is because Oats ni ada lower Glycemic Index (GI), lepaskan energi sepanjang hari. So easy to make yet so yummy and healthy!! Yup its so easy just have to add warm milk and topped with fruits, honey, chocolate chips into Captain Oat Instant Oatmeal and it’s ready to eat! Even Leia likes it, she loves hers with chocolate of course
