To lead by example is the best way to teach and I truly believe this. I'm so happy that Eva is starting to understand the importance of taking care of herself and that includes doing healthy activities like running, stretching, and light exercises. She says she wants to achieve 10,000 steps daily and even wants to try football. She says she wants to try to be a professional footballer or basketball player. I say why not? As her mum, I'm always going to encourage her to follow her dreams and to ensure that she always believes in herself.
Barbie also wants to inspire every girl out there to believe that they can do anything and be anything! This year, they are focusing on the world of sports through their You Can Be an Athlete campaign. Something that I am passionate about.
