From those answers it’s a matter of balancing what a coach knows is the scientific key to achieving their goal 🔑 and keeping the programming as close to that as possible whilst keeping them engaged.

If they love stuff that comes with increased injury risk, it’s a coach’s job to ensure they’re technically as proficient as possible 👌🏽 and manage their load progression to minimise this.

At no point does what someone enjoys teaching come into importance. If the coach and client are not a match and the coach doesn’t like delivering what is the most appropriate training style, refer on 👉🏽 There’s always a more appropriate coach out there in such instances, and it’s far better than a suboptimal training relationship that results in the client being the one who decides to leave 🙁

Despite the postponement of Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, I will still continue to maintain my fitness level and stay fit by doing yoga, strength training, and making fun TikTok videos 😉 at home.

Other than staying fit, I also put high importance in keeping my skin healthy. Staying at home also puts less stress on my skin as it is not exposed to external aggressors.
