Replacing one meal a day with a healthier choice. This is made using just 3 ingredients: any lean protein of choice (here I used lean pork), Cajun seasoning, and non-fat yoghurt as sauce. Slice protein, rub seasoning on meat, bake in oven at 170 deg c for 10-15 minutes or until cooked, depending on how thick your meat is. If you don’t have an oven, pan fry it with a little oil. Finish with a dollop of yoghurt. I know it doesn’t look very delicious here, but the truth is it’s really yummy! I have it even when I’m not on a diet. 実は最近8歳の次女がこのミックスハーブを
使って色々と料理をしてくれるように
なりました♡
I will introduce “Provence Don” which is very easy to cook and you can also arrange it in many different ways depending on your taste! English recipe follows after the Japanese.
【材料 約3〜4人分】
・豚ひき肉 400g
・玉ねぎ 1/2個(みじん切り)
・にんにく 2片(みじん切り)
・白ワイン 100cc
・プチトマト 約12個(トッピング用に3個ほど残しておく)
・ベビーリーフ 適量
・イタリアンパセリ 適量
・バジルの葉 適量
・塩 小さじ1
・ブラックペッパー 適量
・エルブドプロバンス 大さじ1/2
(プロバンスのハーブという意味でバジル、オレガノ、ローズマリー等をブレンドしたハーブミックス)
・EXVオリーブオイル 適量
【作り方】
①フライパンにオリーブオイルを入れ、微塵切りにしたにんにくと玉ねぎを加え、弱火〜中火で玉ねぎがしんなりするまで炒めます。
②そこへ、豚ひき肉と1/4にカットしたプチトマトを加えて、全体を混ぜながら炒めていきます。
③②へ白ワインを加え、アルコールを飛ばし、刻んだイタリアパセリも加えて混ぜます。
④エルブドプロバンスと塩、ブラックペッパーを加えて全体に混ぜ合わせ味を調えます。
⑤器に炊いたご飯を盛り、その上に炒めたひき肉をのせて、その周りにベビーリーフとバジルの葉を散らします。
⑥トッピングに刻んだフレッシュトマトをのせて、ベビーリーフとバジルの上に上質なEXVオリーブオイルをかけて出来上がり!
お好みでトマトソースやバジルソース、チーズなどをトッピングしてもGood!
【Ingredients】serves 3-4
・400g minced pork
・1/2 finely chopped onion
・2 cloves of finely minced garlic
・100cc of white wine
・12 cherry tomatoes (leave 3or4 for topping)
・some greens including basil
・some parsley
・1 tea spoon of salt
・some black pepper
・1/2 table spoon of herbs de provence
(dry mixed herbs including basil,tyme,marjoram,laurel,oregano,
tarragon,rosemary, sage etc...)
・some EXV olive oil
【How to cook】
①Put some olive oil on a frying pan and add finely chopped garlic and onion and stir-fry until wilted.
②Add minced pork and some cherry tomatoes.
③Add white wine and let this bubble up and be absorbed into the meat. Add some parsrly and stir all.
④Add herbs de provence, salt and pepper for seasoning.
⑤Put some cooked rice on a plate or a bowl and put some cooked meat on the rice. Decorate some greens around the rice and sprinkle some remaining fresh cherry tomatoes, olive oil on the greens and set to lustily!

Perfectly fried, golden brown with refreshing ginger chips. In this recipe, we used Kampong Chicken, which is less fatty and tougher. Marinated with Premium Oyster Sauce, this chicken dish is super juicy and moist in the middle while having the crispy texture on the outside!
This is how we did it, DOUBLE FRY~
Frying at low heat to cook the meat through and refrying it at high heat to create the crispy exterior :)

Vegan Karaage (Soy Meat Fried Chicken) Recipe
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 40min (incl. marinating time)
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
100g (3.5oz.) dried soy meat blocks https://amzn.to/3zBFQ4m
* 2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. sake
* 1 tbsp. grated ginger
* 1 clove grated garlic
* 1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. Katakuriko (potato starch)
deep frying oil
lemon wedges if preferred
Directions:
1. In a boiling water, cook dried soy meat blocks for 4 minutes. Or as directed on its package. Wash well (change water for a few times) to remove the bad smell, then drain well.
2. Mix the seasonings in a bowl and marinate the soy meat for about 30 minutes. Overnight is okay, longer makes them tasty.
3. Drain lightly (do not squeeze out the marinade liquid), coat with Katakuriko in a plastic bag.
4. Deep fry in oil at 180C (350F) until crisp golden brown.
5. Serve with lemon wedges if you like.
