Those who have known me for a while know that black was never my colour. Ever. Instead, I would wear soft greys, white and pastels. Lately, I gravitate towards black. I love how it makes me feel. The thing that came to my mind is how anti-modernist pastels are. They are the opposite of stern reds, blues, and teal the industrial colors of the Mad Men era.

Pairing your pastels right is the first step towards achieving the fashion trendsetter title. Instead of the typical wedding look with most commonly used colours such as green, red, purple and etc, why not try pastel colours instead as your wedding saree? .

We certainly was excited to do this makeover, as I am a huge lover of pastel colours. The perfect side braids with a neat bun filled with pastel colour flowers and finished the hairdo with the matching headgear. Since the colour itself was captivating, few simple accessories was sufficient to make it a head turner and jaw dropping look.

I have finally gotten round to another Ayumi Hamasaki look guys. Sorry it has taken me like MONTHS! I have used this opportunity to put several different requests into one video. I uploaded this last night but youtube was being poo and deleted it so I had to re-upload with different music.

The requests I put altogether is:

1. An Ayumi Hamasaki inspired look
2. Everyday doll eyes
3. A cute look to wear for a date
4. A simple look using only one main colour (and a highlight colour)

I adore Ayumi Hamasaki's makeup. It is so toned down and pure. It is a clean canvas. Without even using large amounts of colour and glitter- her eyes pop and look bright and fresh. You may even use a different colour if you wish! ^_^
