Following the previous post, the DEMEL version of the #Sachertorte, was re-created & gradually improvised from his father’s recipe & the 1st officially recognized version of this cake by the son of Franz Sacher, Eduard Sacher. Who later went on to create Hotel Sacher & his own branded Pastries. *notice this version here is not sliced in half horizontally then filled with Apricot Jam. This version was actually closer to the original recipe, until the son made the more current more moist version. It is a bit drier to me here at Demel ~ but no robbing away the DEMEL version was also part of Vienna Austrian History back almost 200 years ago in 1832~! 🥈🥇🥈

扎實的蛋糕體中間有這滑順的杏桃
最外層再以巧克力包覆著整個蛋糕而成
上桌時會附上滿滿的鮮奶油沾取食用

查過2019年在當地內用也要7.1歐/片，在這個基礎比較的話應該是沒有比較貴
在家就能吃到原汁原味的當地甜點應該算滿難得的吧
