在都柏林的三個晚上，住在Stephen's Green購物中心旁邊，今年八月尾才開業的新酒店 - Marlin Hotel。
位於Bow Lane，外型呈三角形船頭，帶著濃烈工業風的酒店，是Marlin酒店在都柏林的第一炮，總共花了兩年多時間，耗費大約五千多萬歐羅建造而成；坐擁三百間客房，聘請了一百名員工，走時尚精品路線，當你踏入酒店大堂的一刻，外表像馬槽的咖啡店，對出的長枱有插座，擺放在大堂的Vespa綿羊仔，復古電話亭，假樹連接天花，下面的皮革梳化；旁邊的玻璃室是佈置充滿活力的工作間，與及有如機場的自助check in櫃枱，藝術與實用並重，沒有高級酒店的華麗堂皇得令人窒息，當今YZ世代的旅客，最受這一套。
就算我屬於Generation X，先留下一個好印象。

• Here we tried some Teeling Whiskey types, with several local or imported barrels for aging and vatting. Paired with some Irish Specialty dishes inspired by Conrad Dublin Hotel, including Irish Oysters, Roasted Beef, Irish Trifles, Blood Pudding Scotch Eggs, Salmon, and an Irish Coffee with whiskey to finish~!
