探店🥯 【PJ韩式贝果Parks Bagel】
🥯我有告诉过你我多爱吃贝果吗？我一直都对墨尔本的贝果念念不忘，可惜这里都找不到太好吃的～😔
🥯从一开始觉得还可以的的coffee bean- 爱上了christine's bakery - 最近又发现新大陆！🤩就在Damansara 的Tropicana Gardens Mall 的角落看到了这家由韩国人经营的韩式贝果店🥯
🥯相比Christines Bakery 的menu，他们的选择挺有限的。我点了一款简单的 poppy seed bagel + cranberry cream cheese！OMG 一口咬下去超满足的！非常脆口贝果加上满满的馅料，明显贝果很新鲜～太可以了😍
🥯一个贝果+一个cream cheese + coffee = RM19
🥯店里选择不多，他们主打的是不同口味的Homemade cream cheese，有onion/ apricot/jalepeno等等特别的flavor～当然店里还有其他的西式饼干，Scones，咖啡什么的。
🥯如果我在附近上班应该会经常光顾他们～可惜我不是。。。。🙃

發覺我和dear的八字不夾☯️ 每次想來的時候，不是突然休店，就是女店主雙手過勞不能做包，或者附近有疑似武肺個案😂 與 @_rubyyyy.c 說了有半年的dear之約，總算是終於實現了✨
我們都貪睡，所以故意安排了星期二才來：唯獨每逢星期二才會下午2點後麵包新鮮出爐。星期一休店。而早起的朋友們就可以在其他日子趕上10am的出爐時間咯😴
紫薯包🍠($33HKD) 這家店會不停地更新menu，但這個紫薯包就例外，永遠都能食得到！手作麵包超有家的感覺。還點了Avocado Toast🥑($68HKD) 比預期中出色！旋風蛋好滑，上面的黑椒調味亦非常到位。
Been meaning to visit @dear.coffee.bakery in #TaiWai for multiple times but some issue would always pop up, preventing me from feasting on their ridiculously famous homemade breads😩 After like half a year, I finally managed to set foot in this cozy little cafe💆🏻♂️
Me & my friend are absolute lazy bums and could NOT wake up early for the life of us😂 Which is why we decided to visit on a Tuesday: the only day they’d push out their freshly baked goods at 2pm in the afternoon. The shop closes on Mondays; on other days, their handmade breads begin service at 10am in the morning... that’s for early birds🐣 not me👋🏼
Purple Sweet Potato Bun🍠($33HKD) The only permanent menu item here, cuz everything else changes by the week! Avocado Toast🥑($68HKD) Exceeded my expectations. The eggs were silky and the black pepper seasoning just perfectly hit the spot!

这家 Sin Seh Kai Artisan Bakery 以他们的健康面包闻名，那天去买面包时发现他们已经有推出了午餐面饭类Menu，当然也有All Day Menu包括适合早餐时段和适合三点三的下午茶~
✅午餐Menu：推出了叉烧、烧肉面/饭还有猪油捞饭，只需RM15.90一碗还有免费饮料，加RM3还有滋润糖水，那天吃到他们的红豆汤真的下足料哦!! 他们的叉烧、烧肉、全蛋面都是Homemade的，烧肉还是卡兹卡兹脆皮的耶~
✅Brunch Menu：非常多的选择，从本地人最爱的半生熟Kampung蛋、烤土司配Kopi-O，到西式Croissant/Sourdough，再到年轻人大爱的BIG Breakfast都有，价钱也是RM3.30起而已~
✅DIY Sandwich：可以从9种材料选择加入到三明治内，每种材料只需RM2起，材料包括Bacon, Sauteed Mushroom, Scrambled Egg, Sausage, Tuna Mayo等等，喜欢什么就加什么而已哦~

My darling was reading a newspaper the other day and found "Sushi Burrito" is very popular overseas.
Well... we don't have it in Japan and I never tried it, so I thought it is very weird. BUT my recipe turned out amazing XD
Sushi rice gives perfect appetizing flavor over all!!!
It is also perfect for Setsubun (Feb. 3rd)!

The lucky direction of the year 2019 is East-Northeast a little bit right. (2019年 平成31年の恵方は 東北東やや右). If you eat Eho-Maki facing in that direction it will bring you a good luck. But just remember you have to close your eyes and eat all without speaking! You can speak after you complete it ;)

Sushi Burrito
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 4 rolls
Ingredients:
4 (16cm=6.5inch) flour tortillas
150g (5.3oz.) cooked Japanese rice (short-grain rice)
1 tbsp. Sushi vinegar*
toasted white sesame seeds
lettuce
Shiso leaves (green perilla leaves)
Wasabi Guacamole Japonés (video recipe available)

* Ingredients to make sushi vinegar from scratch.
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Place cooked Japanese rice in a bowl. Add Sushi vinegar while the rice is hot and slice through rice using rice paddle to separate the grains. Cool the rice before you use.
2. Make Wasabi Guacamole Japonés (video recipe available).
3. Divide the sushi rice into 4 portions. Spread the sushi rice on a flour tortilla using your finger tips, little bit moistened with water. Then sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
4. In the center of the wrapper, layer lettuce, Shiso leaves, Wasabi Guacamole Japonés, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions. Then roll tightly.
5. Wrap with parchment paper to serve.
*If you use large tortillas, you can fold two sides before you roll :)
