Lemang and Rendang of course! 🎋🥘 Lemang is a traditional dish made using glutinous rice, coconut milk and salt cooked over a small fire for up to 5 hours in hollow bamboo sticks lined with banana leaves. It is usually eaten with meat curry such as rendang - and is typically prepared during Hari Raya and Hari Gawai in Malaysia! @ USJ (UEP Subang Jaya)
