With genial Multi-Award winning Chef Darren Ho from NSW as well as passionate Chef Chun in the house at Kontiki Restaurant at The Federal Kuala Lumpur, are cooking up a storm currently at The Federal Kuala Lumpur in conjuction with Discover Australia - A Taste of Australia Food Festival.
This gourmet galore is jointly organised by Federal Hotel International together with Federal International Hotel, KL and The Grace Hotel Sydney with the support from Australian High Commission, Malaysia, Austrade, Australia Tourism and Meat & Livestock Australia , taking place from now 13 - 29 July 2018 to showcase Australia best-loved culinary and tradition as part of the tribute to its culture, history and heritage.
