Thinking about burn fat while maintaining muscle mass and size?? I'm revealing my simple yet effective "Men's Health Total Body Workout routine." Perform each exercises for 15 repetitions in circuit. Perform 4 full circuits, rest 1 - 2 minutes at the end of each circuit.
Equipment: Chest Press Machine, Cable Machine, Barbell, Pull Down Machine, Dumbbell, Calf Machine, Weight Plate
Exercise:
1. Chest Press Machine
2. Incline Cable Fly
3. Back Barbell squat
4. Strict leg deadlift
5. Behind the neck lat pull down
6. Dumbbell bent over row
7. Standing calf raises
8. Weighted sit up
9. Hanging straight leg raise
