倒敘-初訪
Higher ground由1890年代廢棄舊電廠改建，15米高，古色磚牆，水泥柱子支撐空間，巧妙穿插的植物，牆面懸掛著圖畫，地毯和垂吊的燈光柔和活化這塊歷史古蹟。絡繹不絕的遊客用打卡和快門崇拜這個空間，隨時的人龍是一定的，除非你同我一樣，早上七點開門做生意就去光顧。
墨爾本早午餐菜單上常出現烤過的麵包，烤的堅忍不拔，刀叉都難以對付，所以當天我點了燉煮12小時的oyster blade配點味增蔬菜和手沖咖啡，搭配起來美觀大方，難怪席捲各地網美朝聖。翻桌率高，遊客喧騰熱鬧，我們一行六人的談笑也貢獻不少分貝。
Higher Ground不僅提供早午餐，他也不把自己只定位在cafe,他們承辦各式活動，婚禮、發表會等等，空間自己說著她魅力的語言。這裡咖啡偏酸但不回甘，餐點談不上獨一無二的美味，但是網路名店的魔力在對眾人的催眠，驅使我們探尋拜訪，這種必需滿足口慾好奇的靈性之旅，只能說網路行銷真的還是很重要。

說我們是為了咖啡去墨爾本真是一點也不誇張，從早到晚、從大街到小巷，不得不說，走訪過這麼多國家喝咖啡，最喜歡的仍是澳洲，尤其是在白天充滿暖意的日照下，坐在戶外喝杯咖啡，感受豔陽熱情，還有那澳式熱情的服務生們，是真正讓人覺得喝下眼前這杯咖啡的同時，感覺到人生相當美好啊。

Tucked away in a hidden corner of the bustling Chulia Street, Mystery Village Cafe & Pub is accessible from a hidden, curious passageway opposite to the junction of Cintra Street and Chulia Street. Push the door open and you will find yourself in a mysterious but lovely garden filled with an array of local delights. Traipse up the stairs and you will plenty of seats under the marquee... with live song performance on weekends. On the food offering, the place runs like an upscale food court... where visitors may order the food from specific vendor and they will then send the food to your table. Not much of choices for now (only Pi Pa Duck, Grilled Seafood, Western Food, Satay and of course alcohols) but more variety will soon be added. Prices are higher than usual but you pay for the chic al-fresco atmosphere.
