温泉蛋卡邦尼意粉 Spaghetti Carbonara with 63°C Egg ($128)
常見的菜式，但味道殊不簡單！送到時香氣四溢。意粉份量則足夠，意粉都算入到白汁味道，還有温泉蛋，剛剛好的雞蛋和流心的蛋黃，流到白汁和意粉之上，增加口感，多了一分層次感。常見的菜式，本身也為醫肚打底，無太大期望，原來也可以做到如此美味，有驚喜！
I would say this could be one of the best carbonara spaghetti I’ve ever tried which resembles the classic carbonara dish.
The sauce was flavorful but not that creamy which may be a plus point for some. The pasta was done just right, not that sticky.
The dish was served with an egg confit resting on the pasta. Make sure to burst it and mix it to add a real punch to the pasta!
