The tire flip got me during the super in palmerton and rutland and I am determined not to let it happen again!Finally Figured out how to train for the tire flip without a monster tire (@coachcambio )! Had these heavy water filled weights under the heavybags at work all along @velocitynatick ! Managed to flip the smaller bag with effort but while kicking down the big one is easy it bested me in lifting!
