👉 INGREDIENTS
1½ cups makhana or fox nuts
2 cups full cream milk
1 tbsp ghee
¼ cup sugar
10 cashews
3 pods cardamom
7-8 strands saffron
1 tbsp Mix dry fruits, cashews, almonds, raisins
👉 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt ghee in a pan.
2. Add makhana and roast on low flame until crunchy. Transfer to a plate to cool.
4. Add 1/2 cup of roasted makhana, cashews, and cardamom seeds in a blender. Grind to a fine powder. Keep aside.
5. Heat 2 cups of milk in a heavy bottomed pan.
6. When the milk comes to a boil, add makhana and cashew powder. Mix well, then add sugar and saffron.
7. Crush remaining roasted makhanas with your hand or grind into a coarse powder.
8. When sugar dissolves, add crushed makhana and cook on medium to low flame for about 7-8 mins.
9. Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp ghee in a small pan & roast chopped cashews, almonds, and raisins.
10. Add roasted dry fruits to the kheer and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove from stove.
11. Serve the kheer hot or chilled.

RESEPI SAMBAL PENYET PALING SEDAP
Saya ni memang sangat suka makanan indonesia, terutamanya nasi ayam penyet. Dari zaman bujang lagi duk layan nasi ayam penyet ni. Siap belajar macam-macam resepi sambal penyet. Tapi semua resepi tu macam ada tak kena. Masih belum betul-betul puas hati dan belum sama macam kedai faveret. Hahahah.
Haritu, ada lah terfikir nak cuba cari resepi yang memang dari orang indonesia. Cari punya cari, terjumpa lah satu resepi ni. Pelik sikit resepi dia, sebab tak letak bawang merah. 😅 Macam risau jugak, takut tak sedap, sebab sebelum ni resepi sambal penyet semua kena letak bawang banyak-banyak. Haha.
Tapi rupa-rupanya resepi ni memang PERFECT. Sedap sangat-sangat bagi tekak saya. Memang rasa macam tak perlu beli kat kedai dah. Hahaha.
Resepinya mudah saja.
Bahan-bahan :
Tomato (belah 4)
Cili besar
Cili padi
Belacan
Ikan bilis (segenggam)
Minyak masak
**Takde sukatan khusus. Agak-agak je ikut selera kita. Nak sedap, lebihkan tomato. Nak pedas, lebihkan cili padi. Nak merah, lebihkan cili besar. Haaa begitulah.
Cara-cara :
1. Goreng ikan bilis dengan sedikit minyak sehingga garing.
2. Bila ikan bilis dah garing, terus masukkan tomato ke dalam kuali gorengan ikan bilis tadi.
3. Masukkan pula cili besar, cili padi dan belacan.
4. Goreng sehingga layu.
5. Bila semua dah layu, tutup api, dan biarkan sejuk.
6. Setelah sejuk, baru masukkan dalam blender. Blend kasar sahaja, guna butang pulse. Atau boleh juga guna chopper, atau tumbuk guna lesung batu.
7. Saya punya ni saya guna hand blender.
8. Dah siap blend kasar, masukkan semula sambal tadi ke dalam kuali yang sama.
9. Masak sehingga kering air dan pecah minyak. Letak garam sikit. Boleh tambah gula jika suka.
10. Siap!
Resepi ni memang resepi sambal penyet terbaik yang saya pernah rasa. Dan suami pun memang konpem bertambah nasi bila saya buat sambal penyet ni. Alhamdulillah. 😍

Their burgers get all the praise, but the shakes are really good, too. Especially the chocolate milkshake (black and white shake). Good news is you don’t need to visit the restaurant, if you have this classic Shake Shack easy chocolate milkshake recipe on hand.
In this recipe, the fudge sauce is the secret of the perfect taste. Always use real sugar and high quality bittersweet chocolate to make it. The fudge sauce is similar to French chocolate ganache. There's so many uses for this, like to use it as topping for ice cream, or drizzle for cake. Also we prepare another delicious Oreo milkshake for kids. Since now is summer.

How to make blueberry pancakes
☞ Servings : 2 glasses, each 250ml
📍 Ingredients
☞ For the hot fudge sauce
heavy cream 40g
whole milk 83g
granulated sugar 10g
70% bittersweet chocolate 65g
unsalted butter 15g
☞ For the chocolate milkshake
fudge sauce 125g
whole milk 140g
vanilla ice cream 250g
☞ For the Oreo milkshake (1 glass, about 240ml)
oreo cookie 3
whole milk 80g
vanilla ice cream 125g
📍 Instructions
☞ For the hot fudge sauce
1. Add milk and heavy cream and sugar into the saucepan over medium-low heat, bring it to a simmer, then add butter to mix until melted. Remove the pan from heat.
2. Add the bittersweet chocolate into the saucepan and stir often, the chocolate is melting into the cream and butter.
3. Then pour into a pot or a container to let it cool down.
☞ For the chocolate milkshake
1. Throw the vanilla ice cream, milk and fudge sauce into a blender and purée until smooth.
2. Serve with straws in a tall glass. Top with heavy cream and shave a little chocolate Cheers.
☞ For the Oreo milkshake
1. Throw the Oreo cookies, ice cream and milk into a blender and purée until smooth.
2. Serve with straws in a tall glass.

It's getting hotter! Summer of MosoGourmet, Summer of Watermelon! I made watermelon ice cream using whole watermelon.It tastes so refreshing that you can eat as much as you want.
*Recipe* (for one 16cm diameter watermelon)
1.Cut off the bottom of the watermelon and scrape out the contents.
2.Remove the seeds and freeze in a storage bag.If you freeze the watermelon while kneading and loosening it, it will be easier to mix afterwards.Wrap the rind in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
3.Mix 750g of frozen watermelon, 300ml of fresh cream and 30g of condensed milk with a hand blender or food processor.I divided the mixture into two parts because it was a lot.
4.Add 18g of chocolate chips and mix.
5.Pour the ice cream into the crust, cover the crust, and freeze.
6. It's done. I wondered if I could cut it.It's a bit slippery, so be careful when cutting. When the rind became soft to some extent, it was cut with a normal kitchen knife. Please cut it like a watermelon.
暑くなってきました!妄想グルメの夏、スイカの夏!スイカを丸ごと使ったスイカアイスを作りました。さっぱりとした お味でいくらでも食べられちゃいます。食べすぎて腹壊すなよ、歯磨けよ、風邪引くなよ、また来週!
*レシピ*(直径 16cmのスイカ1個分)
1.スイカの底を切り落とし、中身をかき出す。
2.種を取り除き、保存袋に入れ冷凍する。途中、揉みほぐしながら冷凍すると この後、混ぜやすい。皮はラップに包んで冷蔵庫で保存しておく。
3.冷凍したスイカ 750g、生クリーム 300ml、練乳 30gをハンドブレンダーやフードプロセッサーで混ぜ合わせる。量が多かったので2回に分けて混ぜました。
4.チョコチップ 18gを加え混ぜる。
5.皮にアイスを入れ、皮の蓋をし冷凍する。
6.でけた。コレ切れんのかしら?と不安になりながら切り分ける。ぐらぐらツルツルするから気をつけて切ってね。皮がある程度柔らかくなれば普通の包丁で切れました。スイカらしく切り分けて、いただきます。
