What a great evening run.
2 X 20 min Tempo Run (HM Face Pace), Rest 3 min ✅
Had a sachet of Mitoceps Plus from @mitocepsmalaysia and cold black coffee ☕ prior to the run. Also had a glass of Sproud Chocolate Milk 🥛 prior to it.
1st 20 min split - 5.63km (3:33 min/km)
2nd 20 min split - 5.79km (3:27 min/km)
Targeting half marathon race pace for this tempo effort. There were 4 kids joined me for the run, as I was looping around the neighborhood (500m lap). They joined me for a stretch, then when I overtook them, they rest and wait for me to appear again next lap 😆
It was fun to have them run with me almost every lap even though it was just a short stretch. I smile when they ran even before I came near to them 😂
Happy to complete the session strong and fast with Xtep 160X 2.0. Had plenish+ Cashew Nuts Milk 🥛 and my friend's made berry juice after the run.

Allen Iverson scored 47
points, but David Wesley stole the show with his second straight
game-winning 3-pointer.
Wesley's 25-footer from the left side with 5.9 seconds left
lifted the Charlotte Hornets to an 86-85 victory over the
Philadelphia 76ers.
The loss snapped a six-game winning streak for the Sixers, who
squandered a five-point lead in the final minute.
Jamal Mashburn's 3-pointer from the left side pulled the Hornets
within 85-83 with 43 seconds remaining. After Iverson missed a
jumper from the top of the key, the Hornets called a timeout
with 19 seconds left.
Baron Davis took the inbounds pass at midcourt and dribbled to
the top of the key as Wesley ran across the baseline to the left
side, where Elden Campbell screened off defender Aaron McKie.
With a wide-open look at the basket, Wesley drilled the jumper.
"We were running a triple for David. Mashburn was the second
option coming off the screen," Hornets coach Paul Silas said.
"There was a mix-up and David came out wide open. He made a
great shot."
"There's no way we're supposed to give up a 3 in that
situation," Iverson said. "You have to do what you have to do
to guard the perimeter."
Wesley also hit a game-winning 3-pointer with 17 seconds left in
Charlotte's 93-91 victory over Golden State on Thursday.
"I always want it (with the game on the line)," Wesley said.
"It's just a question of will the coach call it for you. One
thing about a big shot is you have less time to think about it."
On the ensuing inbounds play, Iverson attempted to drive to the
basket, but Davis stepped in front of him and stole the ball to
seal the win.
"On that last play, Baron just ran through and got the ball,"
Iverson said. "It's a tough call to make either way."
"He (Iverson) got a good run at the basket, but Baron is so
quick we were able to hold him off," Wesley said.
Iverson hit 17-of-33 shots and all 10 of his free throws and
reached the 40-point mark for the second straight night, 14th
time this season and 30th time in his career. He had 43 points
in Friday's win at Detroit.
His 47 points were the most scored against Charlotte this
season, eclipsing a 44-point effort by Kobe Bryant of the Los
Angeles Lakers on February 2.
"Nobody besides Iverson scored in double figures for Philly,"
Silas said. "You've got to believe that one man can't beat you.
But I'll give him credit, he keeps coming at you. I can't say
enough about him. He's a great player."
Eddie Robinson led the Hornets with 15 points off the bench.
Davis had 14 and 10 assists and Wesley finished with 13 points.
In his second game as a Sixer, Dikembe Mutombo had nine points,
nine rebounds and two blocked shots. He had 17 points, 13
rebounds and five blocks in Friday's win at Detroit.
Afterwards, Sixers coach Larry Brown bemoaned his team's defense
down the stretch.
"We gave up two 3's the last two plays," Brown said. "But we
have to give them a lot of credit. They knocked down two big
shots."
Wesley and Robinson attempted to guard Iverson, who had 24 of
his team's 42 points at the half. He was held to six points in
the third quarter before erupting for 17 in the final period.
"He's so quick," Robinson said of Iverson. "I tried to keep him
in front of me. He's so tricky with the ball."
Iverson's third 3-pointer of the game gave Philadelphia a 77-76
lead with 5:19 left. A hook shot by Tyrone Hill increased the
advantage to 79-76 with 4:28 remaining.
After a 20-foot jumper by Mashburn, who finished with 12, pulled
the Hornets within 81-80, Mutombo converted a pair of free
throws with 2:55 left. A jumper by Iverson increased the lead
to 85-80 with 2:03 remaining, but the Sixers failed to score the
rest of the way.
"They made the key plays down the stretch and we didn't," Sixers
forward George Lynch said. "Charlotte gets up for us every time
and even more so because we're favorites in the East. Tonight's
a good measuring stick for them."
The Sixers eliminated the Hornets in the first round of the
playoffs last year and the teams split four meetings this
season.
Iverson scored eight points as the Sixers raced to a 17-6 lead
in the first 6:11. But the Hornets closed the quarter with a
13-4 run as Davis and Robinson combined for nine points.
Charlotte scored six of the first seven points of the second
quarter and took a 25-22 lead on a 10-foot jumper by Campbell.
A 14-foot jumper by Iverson with 33 seconds left in the quarter
gave Philadelphia a 42-41 halftime advantage.
The Sixers increased the lead to 48-43 lead early in the third,
but a 19-4 run opened a 62-52 lead for the Hornets. While
Philadelphia had just two field goals in seven minutes, Davis
and Mashburn combined for 12 points and rookie Jamaal Magloire
scored two baskets.
Philadelphia pulled within 64-58 at the end of the quarter after
a pair of baskets by McKie and a layup by Iverson.
A 3-pointer by Lynch tied the game at 68-68 with 8:25 left in
the fourth quarter.

Allen Iverson expected the Philadelphia 76ers to own the kind of killer instinct that can finish off teams for good once they build a double-digit lead.
Because they don't consistently have one, sub-500. teams such as Indiana can rally and finish off the Sixers at home.
Danny Granger scored 26 points and Dahntay Jones had 18 points to lead the Pacers to a 109-98 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday night.
"At times, when we can put teams away, we go about it in a lackadaisical way," Iverson said. "We're going to continue to struggle as long as we don't have that killer instinct that everybody's been talking about."
The Pacers earned a split of the home-and-home series after Philadelphia won 107-97 on Saturday night. Jones scored seven straight points late in the fourth quarter that helped the Pacers put this one away for a rare road win.
Brandon Rush scored 16 points, and Troy Murphy had 11 points and 12 rebounds for the Pacers.
"It's hard to beat a team twice," Granger said.
Andre Iguodala scored 22 points and Iverson had 20 for the Sixers. Philadelphia failed in its bid to win three straight games for the first time this season.
"We do a lot of things positive on the basketball court, we're just not putting together whole games," Iverson said. "That's the frustrating part, because a game like this, we're supposed to win."
Pacers coach Jim O'Brien blamed Saturday's loss on fatigue caused by a schedule that had the Pacers play nine sets of back-to-backs since Dec. 18. The Pacers had won Friday at Detroit.
Maybe a night's rest made a difference down the stretch.
Jones hit a layup, a short jumper and converted a three-point play in about 90 seconds that gave the Pacers a five-point lead. Rush sealed it with a big 3-pointer that stretched the lead to 105-98 and sent fans fleeing toward the exits.
"I thought it was a game we can build on," O'Brien said.
The Sixers can blame this loss on a miserable third quarter. They built a double-digit lead on some of their sharpest shooting of the season, only to watch it collapse because of a five-basket third quarter. The Sixers couldn't make up for a nearly six-minute scoring drought spanning the third and fourth quarters.
Iguodala missed the bulk of the shots -- a dreadful 2-of-9 -- that let the Pacers grab the lead for the first time in the game.
The Sixers shot 62 percent in the first half and only led by three. They also never trailed until Murphy's 3-pointer minutes into the third put the Pacers ahead 63-60.
The Pacers kept making their shots and that was enough to win the battle between two struggling teams that still have a shot at the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference playoff standings.
"We need to close games at home," 76ers forward Elton Brand said. "We need to really put that team away."
Iverson, an All-Star starter, got the Sixers back in a groove when his first 3 of the game pulled them within two. Lou Williams, who scored 16, sank three straight free throws after he was fouled on a 3-point attempt that made it 91-90.
Murphy and Granger -- who shot a combined 15-for-28 -- scored back-to-back buckets that held off the Sixers' charge.
Iguodala fought inside for a tough basket that made it 95-92 and a fadeaway that kept the deficit at three. The Sixers just couldn't make the stops. Jones tossed in a one-hander down the lane between Brand and Iguodala.
Williams, benched twice recently for the entire fourth quarter, cut it to 99-97 on a 3 in front of Indiana's bench. It was just too late and the Sixers lost their 10th game after holding a double-digit lead.
"We went back to our old ways and let it slip away from us," Iverson said. "Games like this, we've got to have."
