In support of the cultural exchange and diversity, Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) will be hosting a Japanese documentary “Ramen Heads” to appreciate the Japanese culinary arts and culture.
“Ramen Heads” is a Japanese documentary film with English subtitles that gives Ramen lovers an idea on the gruelling adventure of Ramen masters’ search of perfect Ramen broth and noodles using the highest quality of ingredients. In addition to that, the film features 5 other notable Ramen shops in Japan. The film gives viewers an in-depth look at the culture surrounding this unique and beguiling dish.
