課前須知：
1. 線上課程將使用 Google Meet/Zoom
2. 自備瑜珈墊、毛巾及瑜伽磚 (可找替代物品)
3. 二人即開課 (空中環與舞綢三人開課)，課程前會通知轉帳
4. 報名即代表會參加，課前取消將列入不往來名單，請仔細斟酌考慮

Hi everyone! We will provide online lessons from the 14th - 20th of June. The online schedule will be updated weekly.
You don't have to be a member to sign up! Please read the following instructions:
1. We will use Google Meet or Zoom for our lessons. You will receive a link 10 Mins before the class.
2. Prepare a yoga mat, towel and bricks. (You can use a substitute if you dont have bricks.)
3. The minimum for each class is 2 people. (Aerial hoop class is 3 people) Bank account information will be sent to you for payment before the class.
4. If you fill out the form below, that means you are signing up for classes.
5. Private lessons are also available, so please feel free to contact us.
