Rosanne started Central Smile 😁one year ago, and the dental clinic is what Hong Kong 🇭🇰 has been missing - it’s warm, professional and family focused. They even have a playroom 👌🏽 on site!
When Rosanne isn’t busy co-running the clinic with her husband Derek Baram, a top orthodontist in HK, she enjoys time with her two sons 👩👦👦Dylan and Daniel, travelling 🛫 and singing 🎤. She shares her baking 👩🏽🍳 and other activities on IG so check it out @rosannewong !

KISAH HIDUPKU DAN PEMANIS MULUT
Feeling feeling di tepi pantai di Ferringhi merenung masa depan deep deep lah katakan...
Kadang kadang terfikir jugak, apa cerita aku 5 tahun, 10 tahun dari sekarang.
5 tahun lepas Ferra masih kerja makan gaji jual ubat cancer kat doktor pakar onkologi.
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative adalah jawatan ai dan hari hari kerja di hospital jumpa doktor pakar.
Memang tak sangka harini Ferra berada di sini, dengan rambut pepel ala Unicorn 🦄, ada 5 staff dan 160 agent Girlboss dengan produk Ferra iaitu #ishadowbarbie.
Ferra punya prinsip alang alang nak buat produk biar sehabis baik punya barang, international quality dan Ferra percaya dalam innovation.
Eyeshadow taknak buat dalam palette, nak buat dalam single pan. Nak bagi kebebasan kepada kastemer , terutamanya MUA untuk pilih kaler kegemaran saja bawa ke job dan untuk kastemer besher yang bukan MUA, mereka senang bawa ke mana mana single pan tu letak kotak dalam beg je.
Berkeras nak letak stamping FR juga di atas eyeshadow walaupun kos mold lima angka tapi nak juga letak huruf FR di atas eyeshadow sebab tahu kastemer akan selfie dengan produk dan Ferra nak macam special ada huruf FR tu bole nampak bila selfie.
Tulisan FR tu macam brand reminder nak bagi korang ingat kat Ferra selalu haha. Pastu macam susah sikit orang nak fake kan sebab kena beli mold mahal.

Kotak pon taknak lah buat yang besher besher. Cari designer hipster walaupun bayar mahal Ferra minta dia buat macam kotak coklat. Nama eyeshadow kan nama pemanis mulut Red Velvet, Eclair, Tiramisu, Lolipop jadi nak nampak macam kotak candy Cekelat sweet sweet.
Kastemer memang awalnya konfius memang ingat kotak cekelat candy poppop diorang nak makan rasa comel sangat 🍭🍩🍮🍨🍦🍯🍿🎂
Kalau perasan kotak tu memang dah ada signature Ferra Rossa kiri dan kanan dan ada dua biji 💓 kalau buka kotak tu. Macam simbol I leffiu untuk mereka yang godek betul betul.
Kilang pun pulun nak cari yang paling hi tech, Ferra terbang ke Korea untuk shopping kilang kosmetik yang paling advance dengan inovasi, raw material yang terbaik dari ladang dan standard perkilangan yang tip top.
Btw kilang Korea adalah lebih maju dari segi teknologi dan research 12 TAHUN kedepan dari kilang di negara Barat. Kilang Korea Ferra memang buat kosmetik international macam Bobbi Brown, Mac dan sebagainya.
Palette magnetic #ferrarossabeauty pun adalah yang pertama dalam dunia ni. Tak ada lagi palette magnetic yang ada hot stamping silver dan rose gold atas window arcrylic kaca tu. Ada pelbagai design Unicorn, Gatsby FR dan quote quirky macam “Stay Magical” atas arcrylic window. Z palette pun takda design macamtu tau!
Ferra nak jadi macam Steve Jobs, tapi tak reti buat gajet berinovasi, jadi Ferra gunakan background Biotechnology Ferra untuk buat mekap dan produk kecantikan yang berunsur inovasi- yang takda lagi kualiti atau design seumpama tu dalam market dan guna idea fresh macam ice lemon tea🍋
Semua orang boleh buat produk, tapi tak semua orang boleh buat produk yang betul betul mengubah hidup manusia. Ferra nak jadi founder untuk produk yang kedua tu. Itulah impian aku.
