My dad is the most unexpressive person I’ve ever known, except when he’s angry LOL! (And whenever he needs to smile for the camera 🥲)
But 3 years ago when I was hospitalised, my dad just came back from a business trip too. The moment he touched down, he came straight to the hospital to look for me and did so for the 3 days I was warded. He did so even though he was exhausted, and it didn’t help that he had a very severe backache which greatly affected his mobility. He literally had to stagger to come and see me.
He may not express his love much verbally, but it’s through his actions I know that my dad loves me dearly. 😭
