It’s a song I wrote about “growing up.” #玥的成長日記
我想成為一位很棒很棒的歌手，在我前往夢想的路上，我的心智必須有所成長，為了想要成為更好的人、成長，我發現我必須完全的對自己誠實、讓自己脆弱的一面敞開。我必須常常思考自己做事情的起心動念，有些很醜陋、很邪惡，但醜陋的背後又藏著很多的脆弱、擔心、害怕、不自信，這些很多都來自我從小到大的經驗。
If I really want to be a great singer in the future, so I need to do the mental grind, constantly. And I found out that if I really want to grow, mentally. I need to be completely honest to myself and to the people I’m working with. I’m constantly thinking about the motive behind all the feelings I have and all the things I do. And sometimes, my motive can be really evil and ugly. And if I keep dig into my mind, I realize there’s a reason behind all the evil motives, it could be my unconfidence, fear, vulnerability etc. And all these things come from my life experience.
一開始我試著睜開眼去了解自己，我覺得自己很可怕、很邪惡，但在進一步的心理對話後，才漸漸發現其實自己不是邪惡，只是受傷了。然後，我有機會慢慢自我療傷，慢慢藉由療傷的過程更了解自己、對自己感到自在，更重要的是，我更有自信了。
When I first tried to open up my eyes and see what’s going on in my brain. I was so disappointed in myself. I thought I was evil and bad. But then, after a deep psychological conversation with myself, I finally found out who I am little by little. I finally can truly be comfortable with myself and more importantly, I feel confident.
過程真的 很不舒服，但是很值得，因為人生本來就是不停蛻變的過程。
The process of growing up is really uncomfortable. But it’s worthy. "So put your hands up, hands up,
mother fxxking hands up,
growing up sucks,
but you gotta move on." 沒有 @skrpresents 的幫助，我真的做不到。
