Done all the runs around the cities. Did 4 X 60 min on each cities: Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich.

Now I am in Austria here. Hiking for 4 Days 3 Nights with my friend from Poland, Arek.

Day 1: We started the journey from Scharnitz, Austria. We did a 20km with 800m elevation gained. Stayed at a wood hostel here with no WiFi and signal.

Day 2: 5km with 800m elevation gained, and we reached the peak here at 2624m! Going to continue the journey in a shortwhile.

We will have a total elevation gained of 4510m and a distance of 69.43km for this whole trip.

Yesterday evening went for an hour run around Stuttgart.

Ran on a combination of stairs + road + trail + track with the Salomon Sense Ride 4 that I received it from @salomonmy

Thank you for a great shoe that I used it to walk around the city. Love the comfortable of it when putting it on and walk for long hour sightseeing in the city.

I had checked in a 30k steps in Frankfurt on Monday, an almost 40k steps in Stuttgart yesterday.

Will be leaving Stuttgart and visiting today!

而且不是一項
就好像有股力量

很順其自然開始推動很多事情
之前對我來說時間好像還好
沒什麼急迫感

誰知3月一開始到現在
好多事的處理才覺得時間不夠用
不同行程、小事、大事、雜事
我們區區小人膚淺地已覺得事情緊湊
大人物們可真得有真功夫安排每天的時間
時間真的是最寶貴的財產
