我今年面臨了很多挑戰，昨天我也遇到了一個小小的危機......但最終我讓壓力全部消失，再次找到了冷靜。我獨自去海灘放空。一摸到沙灘跟海水我就突然想通了，今年的這個聖誕節是個好時刻來做以下事情......：
🌟...原諒我自己過去犯的錯誤，無論多大多小。
🌟...感謝我每天付出的努力，因為真的不容易。
🌟...感謝宇宙給我這一生，生命是一個禮物，一個機會。

I have been overwhelmed with challenges this year, and yesterday I had a small crisis too... but eventually I let the stress all out and found calmness again. I went to the beach by myself and meditated. And I finally figured out, this time of the year is a good time...:
... to forgive myself for the mistakes I’ve made in the past, no matter how big or small.
... to thank myself for the effort I give every day, it’s really not easy.
... to thank the universe for this life I have, it’s a chance and a gift.
... and to ultimately accept and love myself, with all my flaws and imperfections.
