Day 2: Child pose or Embryo pose- we chant AUM 3 times
Day 3: Any asana you practice the most- we get closer to inner self through practice asanas
Day 4: Any restorative pose- we chant AUM Shanti Shanti Shanti to finish our practice
Day 5: Any yogis choice- what Yoga means to you
How to Participate:
