【 日後盡量別教今天的淚白流 】
話冇喊，就呃你嘅！
二〇二一年三月五日凌晨，經過整天奔波勞碌，只想攤在沙發上，瑜伽練習後的痠軟，漸漸從肌肉底層滲透至皮膚，很累，不想看別的，打開Netflix，翻出一直未完成的《性愛自修室》（Sex Education）第二季最後兩集，結果看不了一會，就想喊。
私信給一位剛移居英國的朋友，她直截說：「喊啦，唔好忍！」沒有痛哭，惟眼淚就是無法停止，擦乾後，又再流。
不想故作堅強，亦無意發放正能量，目擊我城之死，豈會沒有感覺？只是，我深深認為，面對黑暗時代降臨，萬惡呼風喚雨，最重要的不是恐懼，而是直接面對，只有這樣，才沒有愧對掛在口邊的愛，上天是要讓我們明白：自由是有代價，這一次的教訓認真沉重，但也是每個同熱愛這片土地的香港人需要領會。
是對號入座也好，恰巧如此也罷，看《性愛自修室》第二季大結局，竟然有兩句對白直接敲打腦袋。第一句是「就算不能贏，也至少戰鬥過！」（If we are not gonna win, at least we’re gonna fight!）；第二句是「你要讓你愛的人知道你愛他，就算這樣會令你遍體鱗傷，因為你活著呀！」（You have to let the people you love know that you love them, even if it causes you a great deal of pain, because you’re alive. ）
往後的日子，只會不斷加速，若繼續留守，肯定難捱，我們能夠做的就只有，在自己的崗位上盡力，多喝水，多運動，好好活著，其餘的事就交由上天決定，不要等到一切落幕，才爭住後悔，時刻緊記：日後盡量別教今天的淚白流。
不要認輸，坐穩，共勉，保重。
